What size urn should I buy?
Urns are sold in many different sizes, measurement's are calculated by the amount of ashes that each urn holds in Cubic Inches. One pound of pet weight equals one cubic inch of remains. Therefore, if your beloved pet weighed 17 lbs pounds you will need an urn that will hold at least 17 cubic inches.
Can I change an existing design or have a custom design made?
We try to accommodate all custom requests. Requests are approved on a case by case basis and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us at support@lifesongpetmemorials.com or 419-445-4200 to ask about a custom design.
Shipping
How soon will I get my order?
Most orders will require 2-3 business days production plus 2-3 days shipping. So your order should arrive anywhere from 4-6 business days.
Can I get my order expedited?
If you feel the normal delivery time will not be fast enough, please contact us at support@lifesongpetmemorials.com or 419-445-4200 to discuss expediting possibilities. Please note, there may be extra fees for expediting, and we will let you know if that's the case.

Returns
Can I return my order?
If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for an exchange of the same item, or a refund. To initiate your return, please contact us at support@lifesongpetmemorials.com or 419-445-4200.
Can I return a customized product?
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
